The best solution is to restore your computer to a point back in time
when your computer was working correctly.
Here is how:
press window key
type
restore
arrow down to
restore your computer to an earlier time and press
enter
click on next
then shift tab and press space bar to check s
Have you tried system restore to an earlier date before the problem
happened?
