My desktop has no response for recycle bin. My desktop starts with
the item. My question is, How can I get to the recycle bin?

arrow down once and then arrow back, that will select it, then press
enter on it, and you should be good to go.

I am running Windows 10 and WE 9.4. I have lost a file which I want to
recover. Assuming it may be in the recycle bin I tried to open it but it
will not open. Is there some trick to opening the bin or is Win10
automatically deleting files fom the recycle bin?
