Martin, you are correct in saying that the speak top bottom setting in
Jaws is sort of like the one in wineyes. It is not equivalent, but I
guess its the closest it will get. For example, as you pointed out, it
doesn't work in windows explorer, or file explorer in win 10.

fooled with Jaws, I am afraid I have to bear you bad news. NVDA does
support top and bottom indexing, but far as I am informed, Jaws does not.
