locations and capabilities. However, it is not clear to me whether a third
party could extract and use the charge point data without restriction.

Ok thank you both, I took a look and there seem to be several issues for it
to happen.
For the first version I will make users sign in to OSM, until this is
changed (if that ever happens)

To clarify, before someone reads too much into it, when I say I don't care ,
its just this particular application - of course generally I think the
sooner the odbl happens the better as it clears everything up for us

yeah - thats something on the bug list to work on - its a hangover from the
main consumer code, where its expected that you actually search for
something instead of just navigating to the area of map you want to see.
Trust me, its on the list, sorry - single code base, different audiences

the more people that use our Open stuff (tiles, services, sites, etc) the
more we demonstrate value / presence / brand recognition to our larger
organization. The more we demonstrate value, the more we'll be allowed to
do that benefits the community, like sponsoring Wherecamp 5280
