Hi Brice, The first wave went out in batches over two days to about 14,000 contributors who have edited during the 12 months. The second wave going out now is to about 90,000 contributors who have made at least one edit but have not contributed over the last year. It started Friday UK time.

Hi, this reminded me an issue what I've had twice - I had made two sessions of hands-on trainings for OSM, with about 30-40 computers in a classroom. In both cases when they started to do actual data download/editing, then last ones were rejected from API calls. Perhaps just as we were under same
