[OSM-legal-talk] Foundation acknowledged as non-profit?

Is the OSMF acknowledged as a charity, non-profit organisation, or whatever is necessary under UK law to make donations tax deductible? I'm asking because of C-318/07, which makes this relevant for other Europeans, as well .. ___ legal-talk mailing lis
