Is there a minimum zoom requirement for the images? I've tried it in Sao Miguel, Azores ( http:// www.openstreetmap.org/? lat=37.7583&lon=-25.61075&zoom=17), where the bing imagery only goes to level 17, and I keep getting a server exception.
