[OSM-talk] Attempt to provide conversions for OS-NPE symbols...

Hi, I found an old page I was working on: http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/index.php/User:ShakespeareFan00/TagSpew/OSNPE which appeared to be an attempt to convert the OS NPE symbols to OSM tagging. Any comments or improvements would be gratefully received :) _
