I've just updated the OSMF privacy policy to a version that takes the GDPR https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/General_Data_Protection_Regulation in to account and that was approved by circular by the OSMF board.
This is still a work in progress and we know that there are a couple of points that need improvement. Outside of that, it is mainly a reformulation of the previous policy pointing out in a bit more detail what and why we are processing certain personal data. The new version can be found in the same place as the old one https://wiki.osmfoundation.org/wiki/Privacy_Policy and is what is linked to from the OSM sign up page and other places. Simon
