For you information, my deceased father, late Major Michael Malenki was the paramount chief of 26 villages within the Wewak Local area in East Sepik Province, PNG. Late Michael Malenki passed away in year 2001 leaving his will for me his last born son as successor of his estate. As the successor of late Michael Malenki, I now place my claim for due compensation and proper access of my family wealth through the proceeds of our energy sources extracted in Wewak during colonial times to date. I have conducted all necessary minerals exploration as well as investigations following the wishes of my deceased father to pursue my family wealth. During my exploration, I discovered all precious noble metals as well as precious gems stones with oil and gas found on my customary land. Investigations showed me that two (2) separate pipelines have been erected underneath my customary land during colonial times up to date and those concerned pipelines were upgraded sometimes around year 1996 with the assistance of the International Institute of Oceanographic Exploration (IIOE) out of an agreement with the East Sepik Provincial Government Executive Council to the Nation Executive Council of PNG Government. Based on all my investigative discoveries, I now come before you for necessary assistance to plead my cause of action for justice not only to be done but seen to be done. I also have knowledge of foreign investments under Obecna Ocena etc... Please respond so we can talk about this matter before I will take it to the International Court of Justice to plead my case. Thank you. Yours Sincerely Peter Chanel Malenki _______________________________________________ talk mailing list talk@openstreetmap.org http://lists.openstreetmap.org/listinfo/talk
