Apart from the 200$ price, I also have to spend extra on car adaptor+mount. therefore I was looking at the 200 series(nuvi) If I can't find something in my budget, I will get one of those "no name brand" chinese 80$ units, which runs windows CE. After that its gosmore + that unit.
