I have been using the configuration described in the Mapillary post (Holux receiver instead of a Garmin) for a couple of years, first with my Galaxy S and lately with my SIII, and I can confirm that it works flawlessly, always better than the internal GPS. Has anyone encountered any problems with the GPS on the Galaxy SIII or similar models starting to malfunction after a while? Mine is around 18 months old and since around Easter its ability to connect to the satellites seems to have become very weak, typically only picking up 7-10 satellites (
