[OSM-talk] Osmarender CC notice

When I first started using Osmarender, it always automagically added a CC licence notice, and (I think) a scale bar. However, the latest version doesn't appear to do this. Can anyone tell me how to get Osmarender to add a CC licence notice and (ideally) a scale bar? Russ
