I think I have just screwed up the Eng/Wales border relation around Presteign
where I have tried to make part of it be tagged as a river as well as admin
boundary - by splitting the boundary twice to add a tag:

If this hasn't been done yet, try investigating the H key in
Potlatch. Reverting individual ways is usually fairly easy.

Can somebody look into reverting way 33136730 and 33136657. They seem
to have been buggy (only 3 nodes visible out of many) and whan I did
an update of relations connected to these roads, they was updated with
the version I had on my computer (no changes should have been done to
the ways).
