I came across the use of season=fall .. that is American English ..
I've added to the wiki http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:seasonal to reflect correct British English usage.
The use of 'etc' should be avoided in giving examples .. especially where the examples are not numerous? I've expanded the examples out .. so the 'etc' may now be redundant?
