No name:en http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/relation/382313 http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/relation/378734 http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/relation/449220 while it is not wrong to leave out name:en it would seem to be rather impractical and suprising for these countries.
