[OSM-talk] mobile binary data

I want to experiment with the mobile OSM binary data protocol mentioned in the Development section of the wiki but I am not sure how to get hold of the data. The wiki page suggests a URL like this bmap.php?tile=257882462ts=29have=41 but this is not a complete URL and being relatively new

I want to experiment with the mobile OSM binary data protocol mentioned in the Development section of the wiki but I am not sure how to get hold of the data. The OSM Binary Format is a proposed new format for getting data from the API, currently partially implemented in an svn branch [1]
