These aren't really landuse=landfill sites, although both provide a similar function, but the waste is sent to an actual landfill. I found this page on the wiki, but it's empty and marked for deletion or http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Mapping/Features/Waste_Processing Chas66 mapped one
