John, Would it not be better to map the extent of the flood plain rather than tag individual road segments? I know they have mapped the 'floodplain' across Victoria and then categorised it into probabilities ie 1:5, 1:10, 1:20, 1:50 and 1:100 chance of flood. Obviously its another thing getting da
