It seems that changeset/7189297 moved the whole Namadgi National Park
(way/15208301) away from the ACT boarder. I've made an attempt at
reverting this in changeset/7940437. However now there are 4 nodes
which are spikes. Before I do any more harm I thought I should let the
list know in case there i
