The discussion happened a while ago, but the redaction bot only ran a few
weeks (maybe a month?) ago. It shouldn't run any more, as I understand it.

If Diego initially mapped the area, then it should be reverted to his edits.

Choose view Highways and check boxes as appropriate.

Was recently browsing OSM Inspector and it was throwing up a warning
about some tags that had been used on parts of the F3 because an
equals symbol appears in the key. Specifically these
