I'm certainly no administrator, but I'm a person on-the-ground in Hobart.
I don't know if
I can be of any assistance in this case - but if someone is needed to
physically make
contact or meet with the people at DPIWE head office, etc. then here I am!

It looks like we've finished the NSW/Victoria border. There are
