[talk-au] Location "signs" - what are they?

Asked about these on the Tagging list but didn't get any response so thought I'd try here. Discussions re Public Art, made me wonder what to call these location (?) signs. These two aren't suburbs, only real-estate developments / perhaps "neighbourhoods? https://www.google.com.au/maps/@-28.09584
