Today the Western highway has been upgraded again after it had been
reverted to normal.

I am not of great help here as it is all out of Queensland, but has
anyone written to ask them to justify their edits? It would at least
make them know we are keeping an eye on them, and if it is purely
sneaky vandalism, scare them off.
