I've noticed there there is a path that cuts through Wynyard Park. It's definitely not at the park / street level as per my note https://www.openstreetmap.org/note/3037890
At one end it is connected to a path that is underground, however the other end connects with a road at street level and I can't see any underground exit there. There is another path that also starts underground and then emerges at street level https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/296128125
