[talk-au] Pacific Highway fixup

Just advising that an enthusiastic new user renamed all the motorway sections between Newcastle and Byron Bay as Pacific Motorway over the last couple of weeks. I contacted the user last week but had no response, so I've just fixed it up myself and reset the refs from being a mix of M1 and A1

[talk-au] Newcastle Inner Bypass - Motorway or not ?
