Taking another look at it though, it appears that it must be sourced from a 
combination of places?

Yes, things are named from OSM, but here on the GC, every building is shown, 
which certainly isn't the case in OSM!

I had a look around where I used to work in Sweden (Kista) and it 
doesn't look like it there - the POI data differs from OSM in terms of 
placement, and the building outlines are different.
