Dutch is already available for that video. There is no real difference
between written Dutch and Flemish.
Are there other videos that don't have Dutch translations yet?

I corrected a few typos and since the subtitles weren't consistent
regarding the use of infinitive vs. imperative, I chose to use the
latter everywhere.
How do we find the other parts you talk about?

For the proper language, I bet this is true. But as a communication
tool, this is not what I get as comment as a non native speaker
