About Mapillary, I advise not to use the smartphone app.
Mapillary now blurs without possibility to repair. I call that FUBAR.
So it is better to use an action camera and keep the pictures in backup for a
while.

As with any OSM feature, the best source is the ground truth. I believe
language facility municipalities also put their facility language on the
streetname sign. So you should be able to gather that while surveying.

I am looking for the Dutch names of the streets and other locations. I
