Hello, OSGeo.be, the belgian local chapter of OSGeo, will organize its first OSGeoDevEvening, an evening where developers/researchers can learn & speak about a specific tech.
The subject is OpenLayers 3 (and also about webmapping), the speakers are Thomas Gratier (http://webgeodatavore.com - Nantes) and Pierre Marchand (http://atelier-cartographique.be - Bruxelles).
