I have a question about showing a part of the map. Is it possible to only
show a part of the map. And is it also possible to not go out of the map
when zooming out? Last question: is their a way to cache the part of the
map.

If I understand what you mean, you can do this with umap: see this example

Here you can zoom in on Gent, but not zoom out or move away from Gent.

All examples/documentation were found with a
Umap has no support for wms layers at this moment. It only supports the
backgrounds offered by the UI.
