Bonjour,
I was looking at Canvec data vs Geobase data around Pointe-à-la-Croix, QC
and Campbellton, NB. Geobase is already there but is missing street names.
Canvec has street names but all ways are marked surface=unpaved and lanes=-1
which I guess is false. There are also some inconsistency in
I have also noticed that some tiles does not have all street names. For
example the tile covering Pointe-a-la-Croix, QC and Campbellton, NB have all
street names on QC side but only a few ones on NB side.

I personally use
http://www.geobase.ca/geobase/en/browse.do?produit=cded&decoupage=50k&map=canada
Also ftp://ftp2.cits.rncan.gc.ca/osm/pub/040/P/ is populated fine for me.

Hello,
A long time ago I imported some provinces and territories boundaries from
Geogratis. Those are very low resolution. For instance in Gaspe area they
cut through land. Anyone know where we could get better boundaries?
Also Nunavut boundary cuts out every single island. IS this the case in
