Anyone, Feel free to swap out any of the nhn & whatever data that I
added on Vancouver Island, as this new stuff is better. It was only
along the main highways, so it wasn't too much damage :).

About BC coastal hydrography, the update was completed in octobre. So, it
should have been integrated to the last Release.
