Dear All, I hope this is not regarded as spam. I am attending the Garage48 hackathon at TTÜ on 28th/29th November, hoping to push a project regarding mapping and routing for wheelchair users across Estonia. The concept is to create a mapping app that can tie into an already available map

Hi, Great idea. Without doubt Manuel is the greatest technical expert in OSM, routing [1] and even wheelchair mapping in Estonia. He should be in the talk-ee list, just to be sure he gets your message I’m cc-ing him separately also. Jaak [1]
