Je relaie un message qui a ete poste sur le forum français de Openstreetmap.org : Hello contributeurs, Il y a quelques semaines nous avons eu l idee d une action globale que nous voudrions vous annoncer aujourdhui : http://www.nightofthelivingmaps.org/ Le mardi 07/02/2012 nous resterons reveillé toute la nuit pour trace a partir des images aeriennes les regions dans lesquelles il manque aujourdhui beaucoup d information : la campage, l exterieur des grandes villes de nos pays. Malheureusement dans OSM nous n avons pas de vrai evenement international important, peut etre pouvons nous changer cela avec cette 'LAN' partie C est pourquoi nous vous serions reconnaissant de demander a votre communauté locale si ils ne voudraient pas commencer une petite partie locale. Cela ne represente pas tant de travail que ça, generalement vous pouvez obtenir une salle gratuitement par le biais des universites, hackerspace, autorites locales etc A partir de la vous avez seulement besoin de quelques ordinateurs portable et de caffé pour que la partie commence Nous pensons que cela serait sympa que vos changeset commence par "#notlm" de façon a ce que nous puissions les selectionner pour produire des animations ou simplement voir le resultat de votre travail Meme si l objectif principal n est pas de faire la promo d OSM ou d attirer des nouveaux, il serait bien si vous pouviez le presenter aux autres. Mais dans ce cas nous pensons que c est un bon compromis (cf le wiki ). Pour l instant il n y a pas de reponse definitives sur le bien fondé de cette idée, peut etre pourrons nous en decider avec quelques années de recul.
