I have a couple of observations reqarding the ITOWorld OSM analysis.
If OS give a street an english and welsh name, and one is missing from OSM,
the analysis assumes the street is missing and gives Welsh Authorities a
lower % completion.
If the OS locator welsh name is incorrect should this be
