Seem Graham beat me to publishing a map of the ATMs:

But yours looks nicer, and doesn't have odd references to breweries mixed
in with ATMs!
When I looked at doing this I struggled with banks - how do we know if they
have ATMs or not? Some have them tagged

Excellent, great that you like it.
What you want is something like freemap: http://www.free-map.org.uk/
But it seems it does not show the whole of GB any more. I'm not sure why.
Because it is a not-for-profit project and server space/power costs money !!!
;-)
It does cover central southern England, Wales and most of the popular
that would be awesome imho.
I do like that http://hiking.lonvia.de/en/ shows the waymarked trails, which I
think is an important part of UK walking, so be great to include that if at

ISTR asking lonvia about how to do waymarked trails... it was a bit of a PITA

It doesn't recognise highway=bridleway as a single tag which I thought

Hi
is there an out of copyright source for the two different types of
byway: restricted_byway byway_open_to_all_traffic?
If not, as many are signed on the ground as just 'byway', I'm not sure
highway=byway should be deprecated. How are users distinguishing what
type they are?
Cheers
Dave
Here (Hampshire and surrounding counties), by what's on the ground: they tend
to be signed as either byway or restricted byway.

I'd imagine that the same applies as for other public rights of way - in
some places there may be something made available which is OK
licence-wise; in
I have seen Byway signs in Wiltshire in the past few months.

But did they actually look like BOATs or Restricted Byways? Were there
associated signs saying take a motorbike up here and we'll nick you
(RB) or deep ruts caused by the off-road crowd (BOAT)?

There are two issues here. One is whether highway=byway actually helps

Yes, that reminds me I need to update some byways around Avebury...
