I propose to tidy up some shop=* tag values. I am not certain of the full scope, but here are ones I do know about: - to shop=bookmaker from bookmakers, bookies, Bookmaker, Bookmakers, bookmarkers,turf_accountant [shop=betting has nearly as many uses as shop=bookmaker, and shop=gambling

These generally seem fine to me. The only one I think is questionable is shop=locksmith from shop=keycutting. There is a risk of losing some meaning here: some shops tagged shop=keycutting might offer only keycutting, while shop=locksmith implies a broader range of services. Perhaps
