I have a couple of observations reqarding the ITOWorld OSM analysis.
If OS give a street an english and welsh name, and one is missing from OSM,
the analysis assumes the street is missing and gives Welsh Authorities a
lower % completion.

I have a spreadsheet containing a list of 1800 streets and the
official Welsh names agreed by Wrexham Council a number of years ago.
Ultimately I would like to produce a Welsh version of the OSM streets
in the area. Is there a way of adding the name:cy without manually
searching for each English na

You make it sound easy but I have no idea how to go about it. I would
be interested in any solution so that I can learn and do it myself
next time.
