They deepened the discounts, yet again, on Friday, and are selling off the shop fittings. I don't think it will be saved, at least not as a high street business.
In terms of their original market (electronic components in small quantities), that ceased to be profitable many years ago, which is why they were more of a boys' toys type store in the immediate past. In terms of that original market, Rapid are probably closest, but I can't see them taking it to the high street.
