A bit more info on the A14(M) can be found here http://pathetic.org.uk/secretive/a14m/ The most authoritative document is the Special Road order, which indeed calls it the A604(M). None of this is reflected on the ground however. I'd suggest tagging it northbound as A1(M) and southbound as A14
