Thanks Richard. That's consistent with what I saw. Folk are moving / have
moved into phase 1 but the common areas - gardens, some parking etc are
fenced off. Some buildings didn't have any obvious street numbers (whilst
others did). Mind, I'm always a bit reticent to appear too inquisitive as it
can lead to awkward questions! (Even when armed with OSM business cards etc)
