When you have registered and voted up the request for historic house price 
paid/postcode data, take a look at 
http://data.gov.uk/data-requests/location-data-licences
and add a comment.
Less than 1% of the location datasets published on data.gov.uk are available 
under an open licence
Try it yourself with this search
