One of the topics from last nights social was Open Addresses UK: https://alpha.openaddressesuk.org/
The question was- how accurate? In my quick straw poll I check 3 addresses and found that they are accurate to street level but not individual property. We wondered how they take a submitted address and assign coordinates. It seems like the answer is that they are using postcode centroids.
