Andy, Similarly to you, it's remembering to put it all back at the end of the process that concerns me.
That said, the council is very keen to get out information about the tunnel closures and is promoting a range of alternatives to car use over the period. I'd also imagine that journey planners based on OSM would want to update to avoid the tunnels too.
