we've converted v2 of the master list to OSM format, see
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/WikiProject_Haiti/Status/Hospitals#Second_import
We're now using our own scripts, you don't have to convert the master
list any more. Here's the result of a first run of the converter:

Yes, I'm planning to do that. This step will be different from the first
step. I'll try to hack up some scripts which will compare the current
data in the OSM database with the data the PAHO master list.
