Did you try plugging in the location data from polling stations on
data.gov.ie
It won't give a complete picture as not all are used as polling stations
and there's likely a lot of mismatch between the names but it might work
for some for counties that have released polling station info

The UK community has a current quarterly project to improve mapping of
schools. Despite the Dept of Education schools list not being very
