Hi, While we are discussing towers, there are many masts that are mis-tagged as towers. This is typically with mobile phone masts and similar. A man_made=tower is a building and has (normally internal) floor space, albeit sometimes very modest

+1 for the suggestion. I think a proposal for a specific type that covers Irish round towers is probably warranted. Do we know if the design is unique to Ireland or are there examples in other parts of the world? Would be a shame to use "tower:type=defensive" but it may be the correct approach.
