If we need server space for OSM India we should be able to provide hosting via Topomancy through our HackerCoop. We could do it on the hetzner server we have already deployed for Arun's slippy map stylesheet which also hosts the OpenHistoricalMap (OHM) project. Let me know if hosting is required.
