This portal is built on Heavy proprietary software and sure must be having
problems of Proprietary kind, like usual upgradation , trained personnel etc.
Let us set an example and add all GIS features of societal interest like,
Sewage, Slum
Everything is under construction...
By the way, the census of india site has a PDF rich with info.
